It may be that at some point you need or want to hire a car. Often people hire cars when theirs is in for repairs or if they are in between vehicles and need something to get them through a week or two. There are a number of places that hire out vehicles, some companies specialise in car rental alone where are other companies offer it as part of a larger organisation. Many main dealerships also have a rental department allowing customers to hire a vehicle.

Rental is normally charged at a daily or weekly cost although they may offer you a deal if you are looking to book for a month or longer. Often the price you pay will cover the cost of insurance, tax etc but you will be responsible for the fuel. You will also need to be sure that you look after the vehicle as you may be liable for costs should there be any damaged caused to it whilst it is within your care.
